01. Membership Eligibility
To access the Zingora ecosystem, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By creating an account, you represent that you are legally single, or participating in a consensual, transparent relationship structure.
We prohibit the use of the platform by sex offenders, individuals under active restraining orders, or those previously banned from the Zingora network. Corporate entities and automated bots are strictly forbidden; Zingora is a sanctuary for individual human connection only.
02. The Code of Conduct
Zingora is a sensual space, but it is not a lawless one. Our "Zero-Shadow" policy means we have zero tolerance for the following:
03. Financial Sovereignty
Premium memberships are billed on a recurring basis. By selecting a subscription, you authorize Zingora to charge your designated payment method for the initial term and subsequent renewal periods.
Refund Policy: Due to the exclusive nature of our digital services and real-time matching ecosystem, all sales are final. You may terminate your auto-renewal at any time via settings, but we do not provide pro-rated refunds for partially used periods.
04. Intellectual Property
All branding, neural algorithms, and software architecture are the exclusive property of Zingora Global Media.
"You grant Zingora a limited, worldwide license to host your profile content solely for the purpose of the matching service. We do not claim ownership of your photos, but we protect them with active anti-screenshot technology."
05. Data Stewardship
Our handling of your information is governed by our Privacy Charter. We utilize end-to-end encryption for all private communications. You acknowledge that while we employ military-grade security, no digital transmission is 100% immune to sophisticated state-level actors.
06. Member Interactions
The Disclaimer of Connection
Zingora is a facilitator of introductions. We do not perform deep criminal background checks on every member. You are solely responsible for your safety and conduct during offline interactions. We strongly advise meeting in public spaces and utilizing our "Safe Meetup Sync" features.
07. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL ZINGORA BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, WHETHER DIRECT, INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, COMPENSATORY, CONSEQUENTIAL, AND/OR INCIDENTAL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE CONDUCT OF YOU OR ANYONE ELSE IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SERVICE.
08. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your "Sovereignty" (Membership) at any time, without warning, for any breach of the Code of Conduct. Upon termination, your data shards are scheduled for permanent deletion within 72 hours.
09. Dispute Resolution
Any legal claim arising from these terms shall be settled via Binding Arbitration in London, UK. You waive your right to a trial by jury or to participate in a class-action lawsuit.
10. Modifications
The digital landscape evolves, and so do our Terms. We will notify you of material changes via the app dashboard. Continued use of Zingora after such updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms of Play.
