Our AI scans communications in real-time to detect predatory behavior, financial scams, or harassment. This analysis is performed on local shards and is never visible to human moderators unless an automated alert is triggered by high-confidence violations.
04. The Vault Architecture
End-to-End Encryption (E2EE)
Your private messages, media, and voice notes are encrypted with the Signal Protocol. Not even Zingora engineers can access the content of your conversations.
Decentralized Sharding
We do not store your profile data in a single centralized database. Information is sharded across multiple secure nodes, ensuring that a single breach cannot reveal a full user identity.
05. Your Sovereign Rights
Regardless of your geographic location, Zingora grants all members global rights equivalent to GDPR standards:
- Right to Portability: Export your entire data history in a machine-readable JSON format at any time.
- Right to Erasure: Our "Nuke" feature allows for the permanent, irreversible deletion of your account and all associated shards within 72 hours.
- Right to Restriction: Temporarily freeze data processing while maintaining account status.
